Changes to Regular USA:

- Added Composite Armor to all US Generals
- Fixed the US Intelligence ability. It now recharges in 2 minutes instead of 5
- Changed FireBase Build Time. Was 25 now 15
- (Cosmetic) The Avenger will now leave tire tracks
- Reset the Avenger Locomotor to AvengerLocomotor and not the CrusaderLocomotor
- The Avenger's build cost is now $1700 (Down from $2000)
- Changed the Range on The Avenger -vs- Aircraft
- Removed ECM on the Stealth Jet. It is now effectively 100% Anti-ECM
- Removed the double call on the Crusader for Composite armor
- Reduction of the delay on the Sentry drone when performing actions
- Sentry Drone Gun Upgrade down to $500 from $1000
- Price Decrease for the Sentry Drone. Now $600
- Slight Increase on the MOABs damage
- Restoration of the EMP After Effect on the MOAB
- Restoration of the EMP After Effect Graphics on the MOAB
- Laser Locked Missile Defender Missiles Are ECM Immune
- All Aircraft will display afterburners at all times except during taxing (Graphics Expansion Only)
